Welcome to VR Car Services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
By booking a service, repair, or MOT with VR Car Services, you agree to our standard terms of business. We aim to carry out all work to the highest standard using quality parts.
- All estimates are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- We will not undertake any additional work without your prior authorization.
- All parts removed will be disposed of unless you request otherwise at the time of booking.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work and collection of your vehicle.
- We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
- Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
3. Warranties
We provide a warranty on all parts and labor for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes sooner, unless otherwise stated.
This warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship but does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure due to lack of maintenance.
4. Liability
While we take every care with your vehicle, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal items left in your car. We recommend removing all valuables before leaving your vehicle with us.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments may execute a cancellation fee.
6. Changes to Terms
VR Car Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
